The reason why Nigerian food or west African food looks very similar to people from cintron in South America. It’s because of slavery where is wild Rice growing everywhere but the human history data to race of people that have cultivated rifle over thousands of thousands of years Chinese in East West in South African.

As a Nigerian none of those dishes look right, maybe the jolllof but I wouldn't touch the rest. It just looks very wrong, next time go to an authentic Nigerian restaurant.
